poetic performances
A poetic performance is an artistic experimentation where poetry goes in search of a scenic representation accompanied by any art form including orality (poetry reading or spoken word), theatricality, images, videos, music, etc. to create a means of approaching the public and achieve a direct communication and dialogue between all the art forms and the audience. Given that poetic creation is normally a solitary reflective exercise, poetic performance is an ephemeral search for contact, between the performers (and/or the poet) on a stage and the audience that witnesses the presentation.
